With the recent flooding in Southern WV, your UMCOR has been at work.  Sending in supplies, providing disaster grants and coordinating response through conference local disaster coordinators.  This is the same work they are doing in California following the devasting fires.  We will take a specific offering for UMCOR on the 30th.  Please be generous!

Lent is a time to draw nearer to God through prayer, scripture reading, attendance in worship, and fasting.
An Adam Hamilton Lenten Study called “24 Hours that Changed the World” will be held on Wednesday’s at 10 am and again at 6:00 pm. This study will help us keep to a daily Bible reading and reflection.   Hear the words from Psalm 51:10 “Create a clean heart for me, God; put a new and faithful spirit deep inside me! Please don’t throw me out of your presence; please don’t take your holy spirit away from me.”
Return the joy of your salvation!

 

The United Women of Faith yard sale will be on May 2-3!  Start saving items now for drop off April 28-May 1.  More details to come!  Want to help?  We’d love to have you!  Reach out to Debby Matheny or Juli Cramer for details.
