We have 7 students enrolled in the 3-year-old class. Classes start Tuesday Sept 1st. Please continue to pray for God’s guidance as we begin this ministry. Thank you!!

Prayer for beginning a new school

At the beginning of a new preschool year, O God of wisdom, we offer thanks and praise for the gift of new beginnings and for the opportunity to learn and to wonder. We pray for teachers, students, and staff that this year might be rewarding for all.  Be with us as we face the challenge of new tasks, the fear of failure, the expectations of parents, friends, and self.  In our learning and in our teaching, may we grow in service to others and in love for your world, through Jesus Christ our Savior.  Amen.

GRILL & CHILL

SPRC invites our church family to gather in the Courtyard immediately after the 10:45AM service on Sunday September 13th for an early Pastor Appreciation luncheon in honor of our Pastor    Helen!

Our grill master will grill the dogs complete with fixings of baked beans, potato salad, chips, beverages and finished off with yummy cake!

Please put this on your calendar and come join us for a fun time with your Stout family

The Stout mission team
thanks everyone for their prayers and contributions to the fund for our neighbors who recently suffered through the tragedy of a fire. Collections from the congregation amounted to $690 with more coming in.  Additional funding was taken from the mission budget to allow 5 gift cards being purchased from Walmart for a total of $1000. These have been passed along.  Keep on praying for this family.   God is good !
